This one blew a tire and bent the rim. Might have knocked out of alignment. The description that is in the report from 3 days ago is accurate.

big pot holes on this road.
  • 1000 Warm Springs Rd Salt Lake City, UT 84116, USA - Salt Lake City
Although it is reported on a similar report that this issue has been fixed, it is not. The section leaving the bridge over warm springs Road has settled significantly and it's causing damage to vehicles and the roadway. the roadway needs to be raised in order to meet the bridge deck. this is occurring worse in lanes two and three.

I-15 S Salt Lake City, UT, 84123, USA - Murray
Coming out of the westbound I-215 to south I-15 clover leaf ramp, the construction veers you to the right, and then it veers you back to the left again just as the eastbound I-215 exit joins you alongside your righthand side. The veer back to the left is marked with dashed lines that have faded and cannot be seen if there is any sunshine, or rain. Even on a cloudy day and at night they are barely visible. I drive the ramp every day, and particularly if you are in the right lane of the 2-lane wb-to-sb clover leaf, every day I am not sure where the dashes are exactly, and they are so faint I can't tell if maybe they tried to "erase" it and it's an old marking or if it's just a faded version of the current marking. Today I saw a car ahead of me barely squeeze between two cars coming from EB I-215 because he could not tell that he was supposed to have veered left. This lane shift needs SOLID striping so that the lane shift back to the left is clear as the road grimes up from the winter. Please be prompt. Thank you.

This is a major intersection. Traveling north on 1300 East and making the left onto Van Winkle, you have to steer quite far across the intersection to avoid the damaged road. It's been this way for many months.

Heading northbound on 1300 East, when you turn left onto Van Winkle, the road needs to be repaired. Feels like your tires are going to shred when going over it.

I-15 N Salt Lake City, UT, 84123, USA - Murray
People run the yield sign all of the time. It is an extremely unsafe onramp. I think it is because with the vegetation you cannot see the oncoming traffic. There were flashing yield signs that got added but they did not help. I think they may be too far back. Something needs to happen because I am sick of seeing people run others off the road right here because they aren't paying enough attention.

1010-1074 S West Temple Salt Lake City, UT, 84101, USA - People's Freeway

Happens every stinking day: I take the West Temple southbound detour at the 900 S West Temple interchange. At the point where we meet up with west temple again, as I am southbound, I DO have the right of way.

With VERY FEW EXCEPTIONS, traffic traveling south on West Temple (who have a clearly marked Yield sign!) never slow down and some have even flipped me off because I (safely) made the turn (or sometimes rolled to a stop because they were clearly not observing (or even aware?) of the yield sign.

I believe that additional road markings, or flashing lights (or SOMETHING other than leaving it as it is) is badly needed here. I have nearly been hit several times.

  • 900 W & 1000 N Salt Lake City, Utah - Rose Park
The eastbound (reading 900 W) and northbound (reading 1000 N) overhead street signs are completely worn and unreadable. I reported this months ago, but no action has been taken.
