17 ARMY ST. On Thanksgiving night, last night, 17 Army St. had another late night party starting at 2:00 A.M. and did not end until 5:30 A.M. The street fully lined with cars parked on the sides of the road. A lot of people still have to get up early and work today! At 4:30 A.M. one of the party goers leaving 17 Army St. in a bronze colored box looking type of SUV sped off out of control, driving onto the front lawn of 20 Army St. and running over the mail box, demolishing it and dragging it two houses down, without stopping and leaving the scene. These people have zero regard for anyone else but themselves. This is a HUGE safety factor for our well being as well as our children with these people leaving and driving as drunk as they are! This is disgusting and this is why Randolph has the reputation it has now. This is what drives good citizens out of Randolph, and I now urge anyone to stay away from this town. I AM SICK OF CONSTANTLY REPORTING THESE TYPES OF ISSUES ON THIS STREET WITH NO CHANGE! Truly disgusting.

Some maintenance on the board walks needs to be done. Wood planks are popping up can present a hazard to little kids that run. Is there a maintenance schedule such as putting a sealant on to prevent damage from weather or replacing boards that are warped?

Millhouse Ave Randolph, MA, 02368, USA - Randolph
Millhouse Ave and the connecting roads leading to cedar cir have major potholes. The road is torn and bumpy cause suspension issues and damage to not only my vehicle but the neighbors and other neighbors living on the street. Please repave the roads in the area. Thank you
  • 4 Smith Rd. Randolph, Massachusetts - Randolph
This home is running a food takeout joint, selling plates of food to anyone and everyone, advertising over social media. There was tons of traffic in and out of the house this past weekend. This is the same home where there was a drive-by shooting a couple of months ago and that got swept under the rug. This home has been attracting a lot of crowds from other areas and bringing it into this neighborhood please address this immediately. All the money they collected this weekend someone should pay taxes on that also, you want to open a restaurant then do it legally, this is a residential area.
  • Niles Road Randolph, MA - Randolph
Can you please provide a clear explanation of why the water is still cloudy even after we were informed that it was due to air? Something is not right and this really needs to be investigated and the public needs to know what is going on and what is the town doing to rectify the situation? Even after boiling the water there is a film at the bottom of the pan and it is slimy so something is not right.
Please provide a clear explanation or hire someone to test the water and explain to the public what is going on.
    Thank you!

  • 33 Hills St Randolph Massachusetts - Randolph
House looks like some died in side, and no one cares. Actually I don't know why anyone would let there property get in such poor condition. Dead tree and limbs on ground. Grass over grown. Front step dangerously in disrepair. Broken fence. Unregistered car in driveway with junk laying all around. Terrible and unsightly for everyone in the neighborhood. Killing property value. Please help.

8 Fogo Road Randolph, Massachusetts - Randolph
There are Rats coming out of the waterway behind 8 Fogo Road and feeding out of the animal feeders in the backyard. They are fairly large rats and there are many of them. This is a serious health issue and when I called the town they said they did not have an inspector so did not know what to tell me. That is not an acceptable answer. Please address this issue ASAP as it is getting worse.
  • 24 Bridlepath Circle Apt 106 Randolph, Massachusetts - Randolph

My apologies for this long story.

I'm writing about the wooded area bordered on Bridle Path Circle, Pelissier Circle, and Warren St. Including 24 Bridle Path Circle (the apartment building where I reside), there are four apartment complexes on Bridle Path Cir. bordering the woods, and also some single-family houses at the end Pelessier Cir.

People (I don't know if tenants or others) throw trash and garbage into the woods. My apartment windows are about 40 ft. from a kettle pond in the woods, and I've had to put up with the trash at least since last October when I wrote to 21st Century Town meeting and the Town Council about this.

In reply I heard that things were being done about this, for health and also conservation reasons; and much later the management of my building sent someone around to clear the trash that fell within the property line. I was also informed that Randolph does not own the wetland area.

But in general things have gotten worse, though at least there's no trash being left within the property line of 24 Bridle Path Cir.

I've refrained from bringing this up again during the winter and spring, while the kettle pond behind my windows is full and I don't expect that anyone would want to wade into it to collect the trash. But maybe this problem could be taken seriously this spring and summer?

Have other residents/building owners noticed garbage having been thrown into the woods?
Who is the owner of the parcel, and would s/he be liable for not looking after it?
Is it possible that abutters could collectively preserve the parcel?

    Thanks, ed agro
