The trash at the beginning of Louis Lane was picked up this morning (Wednesday 08-22-18) but the middle - back end was not picked up. Found out the reason for this was because the garbage truck supposedly wouldn't have been able to turn/back up their truck because there are cars parked at the end of the cul de sac. The trash company sent an e-mail to the Town of Randolph Health Department complaining about this but was told this is not a health issue and it is an issue that US neighbors would have to go over and speak with the people who lives at the end houses. That is absolutely ridiculous that we were told in order for this issue to be resolved, we would have to go over and resolve this issue ourselves. This should be the responsibility of the Town of Randolph or better yet, the police. The police have come by TWICE in regards to this issue and the second time a ticket was supposedly issued. The Town of Randolph and/or Police department needs to do more than just issuing a ticket to the people who own these vehicles.
Homeowner at 287 Oak Street continues to buy and resell large military trucks which are on display in front yard. This neighborhood is zoned for residential not business. This business mars the entire neighborhood -- hurting property values for all neighbors on Oak and across the Town.
People fishing, hiking, and walking dogs at reservoir's edge. Ilegal, gross, and dangerous during a pandemic! No trespassing and no fishing signs are a joke. Please make some arrests as the sign reads.
Would it be possible to add or move the yield sign that is at the right fork, on North and Liberty? Too many drivers ignore the sign that is on the right of the road when other vehicles are turning left from North. I almost was creamed on Monday night by two vehicles behind me as I was going right at the fork, they were going right as well. There was vehicle turning left, I slowed down to yield to them, but saw the vehicles behind me right on my tail, so I pulled over so as not to be hit by the cars behind me. The two cars went around me while the car that had turned left, waited. We need a more visible sign, too many drivers just don't know the rules of the road and there are too many accidents in this area. A left turn signal should also be put on North/Liberty. Can't turn left during the evening rush.
every time I came from work on most days there is always one or 2 cars parked at the curb of the road where I pass to go to my drive way . I almost bump into a black sedan car yesterday If it is not that, it is a big grey van speeding up in our area.
As far as I recall our neighborhood is a street not a highway.
I left a message for officer Donley , safety officer for the Randolph police to alert him.
