    68 Summer Bldg Parking Lot recently having these opportunist Seagulls who have quickly adapted to the 3 garbage bins usually full of it. Looking for food sources due to the historic bad management of this building on different issues these French fries thieves CAN EASILY BECOME a safety thread when they nest plus they poop wherever they go which can spread diseases to the circumvent residents with their children. This isn’t an issue affecting United Properties or owners nor their management but the tenants and the vicinity. Whoever in charge please help as management seems indifferent as usual
