    Shane and his lady friend are back. They need help and don’t deserve to sleep there and the community doesn’t deserve to witness mountains of garbage.
    There has to be a end to this. Shane screams up and down the neighborhood around 2-5 am. I can’t sleep. I am at a lost .
    How can we help him if he doesn’t want help? I need sleep and to be able to enjoy my neighborhood and waking without our sorrow. I am a renter and can not move. This is year#3 of no sleep. I wish no harm and open for solutions he is a neighbor

    illegal dumping with very violent homeless individuals. It is unsafe to walk in the area, and there is mountains of trash. Public health hazard, has been going on for maybe 3 months?!?!?

    Additionally, there are homeless sleeping underneath the freeway. This is a public safety concern.

    Someone removed the parking restriction signage on the north side of 56th Street close to Telegraph Ave. Vehicles over 6 feet tall are not allowed to park there and that signage needs to be replaced.

    There is a mass of garbage blocking the sidewalk. Wheelchairs cannot pass. It's right across from a park where children play. When I was in the street trying to get around the trash heap, I saw a rat running into the pile. It is totally vile.

    Forest Ave between Claremont and College aves has been patched repeatedly. The roadbed is in horrible shape and is a major thoroughfare. It is a hazard for bikers, pedestrians, and drivers. No more patches!! Repave the entire stretch!!
