    Abandoned property being vandalized and used for criminal drug activity. It makes the neighborhood unsafe and dangerous. To add there is illegal dumping of garbage which is not only unsightly but attracting vermin. This dilapidated housing area is a blight and must be torn down and the area cleaned up.

    Shingles rotting, paint peeling, windows wrapped in plastic. I may have the wrong address, but this house is on the corner of Grovers and Harborview and you will know it when you see it. The address I used is that which shows the house on Google street view.

    On the corner of Gregory Street and Iranistan Ave (between liqueur store and convenience store) every evening thru late night hours ( 1 am ) bunch of young people are setting and firing very loud fireworks . This is very dangerous for them and as well disturbing local residents . Can police department stop this cannonade ? Please let us sleep after 10pm .

    There are at least 2 or 3 boats, 2 landscape trailers, a backhoe, a cement mixer, a bobcat style bucket loader on the property. Starting early in the morning the people come and go hooking up pieces of equipment, creating alot of noise daily. Is there a zoning law about what and how many vehicles can be on a residential property? Can someone please come out and look ?

    This is not specific to 52 Arthur St. That's where the S,C,Fix interface decided it was.

    This regards the lower portion of Arthur St and flooding that's been observed on the street.

    Seems to be an overall serious drainage problem with this street -- which lacks storm drains.

    Residents complain of worse-than-normal water in their basements.

    See attached photos taken today – 7 days after the last rain. In this area of Arthur St, neighbors have noticed that the street is sinking and cracking. They're concerned that seasonal freeze and thaws will exacerbate the problem and increase more standing water on road.
