721 East Huron Street Ann Arbor, Michigan - Ann Arbor
The poorly lit crosswalk across Washtenaw near Thayer Street where the student was just hit by a car will continue to be a problem until there is better lighting/visibility of the people entering the crosswalk at night. I feel badly in not emailing earlier as my wife and I have both felt this to be a problem. Though there are streetlights nearby, it is difficult to see people entering the crosswalk at night, especially entering from the north side. It is extraordinarily difficult when one is facing the glare of 2 lanes of oncoming traffic, exacerbated by any reflected glare of wet streets! My suggestion is to put an overhead light the length of the crosswalk identical to the one over the crosswalk on Geddes entering Gallup Park. It will make pedestrians clearly visible, draw attention to the crosswalk itself, and perhaps be less expensive (?) and less disruptive to a busy thoroughfare like Washtenaw while improving pedestrian safety. Thank you for your time.

There have regularly been scooters left on the sidewalks in front of the bus stops on 4th. There were five there this morning at 7am! It would be extremely difficult or impossible for anyone in a wheelchair coming off the bus or trying to get to the bus to get around them.
  • 215 Chapin St Ann Arbor 48103, United States - Ann Arbor
6 torches left strapped to the boardwalk. They still have fuel in them, but no caps. Also two fires lit on the boardwalk itself burned small holes through planks. Please remove the torches before someone throws them in the water.
  • 1315 South 7th Street Ann Arbor, Michigan - Ann Arbor
Lane sign being ignored, people using the buffer and bike lane as a right turn lane going N on S7th, turning E on Stadium.
3rd day in a row was almost hit while using the correct lane to turn.

There are two dumpster bags, plus random trash items, that have been on the lawn of this townhouse for over two weeks. Some trash persists in the back yard, but the front lawn trash is persistent through multiple rainfalls.

1203 Iroquois Place Ann Arbor, Michigan - Ann Arbor
I'm writing because I recently purchased a house E Stadium near Iroquois. The street cuttings suggest that there used to be a cross walk at Iroquois and Stadium. But Stadium no longer has a crosswalk anywhere between Park/Henry and Packard. I don't know how many other people this is causing trouble for. But my kids aren't able to walk to their school in Lower Burns Park because the walk to the corner and back for a safe crossing is so long. Is there any chance the cross walk can be reinstated?

Hello. There is no sidewalk on the north or south side of Stimson as you approach State Street. This sidewalk gap has been noted at least since the original Stadium bridges project back in ~2009.

With the planned redevelopment of the White/Henry/State complex by the Housing Commission it seems timely to give the new affordable housing residents uninterrupted sidewalks leading to the buses and business along State and Stimson.

  • 667 Kuehnle St Ann Arbor 48103, United States - Ann Arbor
Numerous potholes on Kuehnle between Dexter Rd & Sequoia Pkwy. Road is badly in need of having potholes filled & being re-graded. It’s gotten very hard to drive on it.
  • 330 Glenwood St Ann Arbor, MI 48103, USA - Ann Arbor
The entire length of glenwood is nearly impassable. It needs more rock and must be graded.
  • 901 Hutchins Ave Ann Arbor, MI 48103, USA - Ann Arbor
Does a picture worth to encourage people to clean their sidewalk? Does it worth to ticket them the first time based on the picture? I'm getting tired of reporting and homeowners are just doing nothing!
