Huge street light and pole down in side parking lot. Tires discarded in rear parking lot. Trash everywhere in rear lot. Grass high in rear and side. I left voice mail for Mr. Mander on 6/1/18 and have yet to hear from him. SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE! Health Department, Police, WHO????
I resides at 4300 Essex road with my wife and kids. My neighbor's house has been vacant for the last 6 months, The grass has grown 6 ft' high with no one putting or giving any attention to it. NOT ONLY has it caused a severe pest/rodent problem for my land in which i own , It also is making my property value go down. I believe the address to my neighbors house is 4306 Essex Road (Yellow house). I really am in need for someone to help me with this issue it is starting to become a very uncomfortable place to live. For the record I have Killed a 4 ft' timber rattle snake which i saw come from their yard into mine.
There is a continuous water flow leakage coming from the rear of a property located on Laurel Avenue that backs up to Boulevard Alley. It is steadily flowing down the alley and emptying directly behind the cottage on my property, To prevent permanent damage to the cottage foundation & structure, I dug a small canal through the alley so the water would at least empty into the grassy area in my yard instead of behind the structure. Although this diversion worked, having water flowing into my yard 24/7 is not acceptable. Please send someone to assess the situation & fix ASAP.
Safety issue. They cut the right of way but did nothing to the trees.
The tree limbs have grown so far over sidewalk and extending onto street that I cannot see down road when exiting my driveway. Traffic is heavy exiting Mercer University onto Edna Place. Need to cut tree limbs back as far as you can go back because I am afraid I will pull out of my driveway and get hit by on coming traffic. I take a chance every time I exit. Please take care of this as soon as possible.
When headed toward downtown on Roff Avenue, you come to the traffic signal at the intersection. With Pio Nono Avenue. The traffic signal takes a long time to turn from rex to green giving the ability to turn left onto Pio Nono Ave.
Tree has fallen from the Macon Memorial Cemetery and has floated in the ditch behind this address. The tree is blocking the flow of water and it is backing up into my yard. Please clean out this ditch and remove this tree. They would like for you to call before you come out please.
Citizen reports drainage issues. Stated that water from top of hill is draining down in her yard, causing flooding. Requesting a supervisor come to check and see if there is an issue. ***Please call before you arrive.*****
