    Garbage man picked up trash and dumped the whole trash can in the trash truck. Been waiting at least a month for a new trash can. Neighbors are complaining because stray dogs in the area are constantly tearing up my trash bags and dragging trash all over the street and others property. Trash company moves way to slow getting carts out to their customers.

    The timing of the signal lights needs to be adjusted. Many times traffic on Macon Tech Dr or coming from the Mall into Eisenhower has to wait 1 to 2 minutes for the light to change even when there is NO traffic on Eisenhower.

    Both sides of the intersection at 8th St and Lower Poplar need cutting. The grass is so tall on both sides you cannot see oncoming traffic. you have to pull way out to see and risk getting hit.
