Autozone sits on a lot that also runs along Anthony Rd and behind homes on Crawford. They keep the grass around the store trimmed while neglecting the addition acreage and it has become a blight. The weeds hang out where pedestrians walk. The home at 1323 Crawford has a fence that has been pushed over by the overgrowth of trees which are owned by Autozone.
We are residence of apt 1 on the bottom floor of 927 New St apt 1. On the 21st of August. Part of the ceiling came down. This area had been leaking during strong storms for some time, which owner was informed of. There are rats/signs of rats in the property. Mold on the ceiling in the dining room, and mold on the bathroom ceiling. The leak has been fixed for the dining room, but the bathroom the leak that caused the growth is from tenants upstairs running their shower (or ?), there are no tenants upstairs at this time...I do not believe it has been fixed? The bathroom shower is not sealed and is coming off the wall. Owner was notified by tenants 3 months ago about issues with the bathroom. Paint is chipping and tenants did at home lead test that came up positive. There was no disclosure of lead. There is a 6 year old child in the home.

Please reference ticket # 8605042 which was closed by JI BROWN. I was told a supervisor would be out to talk to me about removing this manhole out my driveway @ 9am Thursday morning. As of today no one showed up. Work has been completed.
My attic is swarming with rats and squirrels who sometimes get inside. I’ve already had several wildlife companies tell me it’s no point to pay to remove them if the owner won’t fix the roof or repair the foundation of the house. Rental company has yet to do anything. I need a code inspector.
