    There is a 4-way stop at the intersection of south ave and academy. I see drivers blow through the stop signs on a daily basis. A flashing red light would be more effective for this intersection.

    At the Buckingham and Lakeside intersection. The point lies at the end of a 200 yard straightaway with no homes; consequently drivers often grossly speed. Moreover the track's end is a slight curve, further visually obstructed by large trees. Buckingham also curves at the end to reach lakeside-- the entire negotiation is dangerous.

    bike route heading east on spackenkill is ill maintained. Needs cleaning and repaving in many spots. UPDATE: 4/29/13 Although it appears there has been some street cleaning the section by Wilbur is still unusable heading east. Needs repaving and leveling. You must still ride out ON Spackenkill road in order to pass that section.

    During evenings and overnights, the light on 9 turns red...and stays red...for a LONG time, even though no cars are coming or waiting at the cross streets. No pedestrians, either. North/south traffic even backs up at the light at 4 in the morning, the light runs so long.

    I own the house on the corner of Veatch and Paggi, opposite the WFJrH football field. I welcome the sports teams that have daily practices, and enjoy the spirit and hard work of both children and coaches. However, I find the parking signs in the neighborhood, particularly the last block of Veatch St., are routinely and consistently ignored. This seems to be a hazard, especially at the end of practice or games when there are crowds leaving and the roads are constricted. Moreover, there seems to be little attempt by police patrols to enforce the parking laws. I would welcome some warnings and/or ticketing of cars if warnings have no effect so that the parking signs are obeyed. Finally, there is parking on the grass upper field near the Jr. High, which seems to me to be dangerous at night as it is poorly lit and parking is unregulated. I think the village and school disctrict might consider the liability risk should a vehicle/pedestrian accident occur.

    There are many cracks, holes and rough pavement. Any work that has been done is only superficial and has done little to address the condition. Many people need to walk on the streets in this neighborhood because there are no sidewalks. Pushing a stroller makes for a very rough ride. It is also dangerous if it is getting dark as falls could occur. Halloween could be faced with unsafe conditions resulting in injury.

    The left turn arrows on 9W should turn green first and then turn off when the light turns green. As it stands now, the left turn arrows turn green LAST which often leaves me sitting there waiting to turn when there's not another car in sight coming the other direction. It makes no sense because if I'm heading north I could go 20 feet through the intersection and turn left into the auto body shop, but I can't turn onto Fostertown road.
