This house is abandoned and the yard is full of trash mattresses, garbage, etc. its a disgrace to see everyday. And there are others on the same street that need to be inspected too.

Pavement is breaking into pieces...will become a pothole shortly. Have stopped twice to replace asphalt piece.

The speed limit on Lake Ridge Dr is 25 mph and there are speeders going 40-50 mph on the street on a daily basis. I live on the road and am worried that kids riding their bikes or runners will be hit by a vehicle. I would like speed bumps installed to slow traffic on this roadway. A petition was passed around the neighborhood to install these but the city has not acted on it yet. Is there a plan in place for the speed bumps or is there an alternate plan?

Sidewalk maintenance crew removed sod while edging and cleaning. Tossed all the sod chunks into my yard and beside road. This is not just loose grass but thick sod. Please have them return to clean. thanks.

House abandoned, open to elements, vagrants, wildlife.

Intersection of Ashton Rd and Hope Mills Rd. There is a residence that might as well be a drag strip hangout. Several cars parked in the yard at all times. Guests park in neighboring business propeties without permission. The owners of the vehicles constantly rev their engines and play loud music at late hours of the night and early morning. Sometimes cars will burn out their tires to show off stopping traffic on Hope Mills Rd. Cars travelling down the road rev their engines while driving by as well. There may be possible Illegal drug activity.
