    Today, during trash pickup, when the driver dumped our trash the can fell into the truck, and he did not return our can. This incident happened last week, and I was out front when it happened. The driver got out and returned our can. This time, my wife observed him drop the can in the truck and continue driving. We have no can to put trash in at this time.

    This is the SECOND week in a row that trash has not been picked up on my side of the street. The opposite side was trash was picked up at 9:47. My recyclable was picked up at 8:15am. I even reviewed my security camera footage to verify it came down only one side of the street.
