JD's NW Huntsville

Behind 12 Old Stonebank lane, they have built several decks and steps down toward Indian Creek. We have been told the homeowners only own the property from 10-12 feet from there house. If this is true, have the homeowners built this decking/steps on Huntsville City property which is part of the nature trail? This construction ruins the beauty of the nature path. Also wouldn't want other homeowners living on the bluff overlooking the creek to build structures down toward the creek.

My sons leg fell thru a hole next to an electric box panel located between the houses of 1814 and 1816 whisperwood way, next to the sidewalk leading to the tennis courts. Luckily he did not get hurt, can someone come fix the hole? I've had to stop him from running in that area out of fear he'll fall in again and get hurt.

Lot 116 needs street light change

Last 2 street lights west of Providence School are burnt out and bulbs need replacing. This is where Chalkstone and Meeting Streets meet at an entrance to the school.

None of the huge overhead multi-bulbed lights are working at the 53 and Research Park/MLK intersection. There are probably 8 poles that are out. These are not the ground level light each intersection, but rather the 50 feet in the sky lights.

Lot 67 on Admiral st, just off of Hillcrest in the Village of Providence, need street light repair
