    The Homeless problem around Main street and Market square is beginning to get out of hand. It is beginning to become dangerous for the residents still living in downtown. I received a treat from such individuals just yesterday, thus why I am reporting this issue. Also It is becoming dangerous to use the metro due to the high volume of homeless and desperate individuals using the service. I am in fear for the health care workers that live in downtown and use the metro to get to work in the medical center. The area around franks pizza is also seeing a increase in individuals harassing residents who live in the areas.

    Homeless person made residence in the covered metro on the corner of Leeland and Louisiana. Been there for several weeks. Metro riders unable to use the facility. Urinating and harassing bus riders. Also blocking a fire department wall mounted hydrant with all his stuff.

    There is a dip in the street that runs across the intersection as you are turning right onto Clay Street from W. Dallas. It is worse closer to the curb and continues for the full length of Clay street entrance. It is continuing to sink more as time has gone on.
