Evening of 2/27/19 at approximately 5:30pm.

6 different vehicles were parked in the bike labe on the stretch of Mass Ave between Symphony and Comm Ave. Most looked to be ride-shares with Uber or Lyft stickers. The flexposts in the section are missing, please replace asap or the entire lane just turns into free parking, forcing bikes to swerve into fast-moving traffic. This situation is actually *more* unsafe than having no bike lane at all. Please station an officer here and start ticketing. I will continue to report these incidents for data collection purposes even though I know that nothing is being done.

This vehicle has been parked in this same spot since August and has not moved. Half parked on the curb. With the upcoming snow this will cause difficulties with snow removal and parking bans on a Main Street.

Cambridge St Allston, MA, 02134, USA - Allston-Brighton
There are two traffic signals on Cambridge Street located within a short distance. Can you adjust the timing of these two signals to be in sync for a longer period of time to allow for sufficient traffic flow? A majority of the traffic is coming off of the Pike into Cambridge. One light is often red while the other is green and cars are sitting there at the lights because there is nowhere to go unless both lights are obviously green at the same time. When both lights are green at the same time it is only for a few seconds. Adjusting the timing could seriously help with the traffic jams at this intersection. Thanks!

Painted bike lane completely ineffective. TNC vehicles stopped at curb, no regard given for bike safety. Please protect this lane before someone is killed.

At the time of this report, there are three cars sitting in the bike lane with their blinkers going. This report isn't a request for enforcement (which is why I am not labeling it "illegal Parking"), is a request to fix the bike lane. As is, this bike lane is unusable because it is an open invitation to drivers to use it to pull over. This isn't a bike lane, it's a temporary parking lane, where anyone on a bicycle is expected to merge into fast (and impatient) traffic. I have been personally threatened by drivers (including an armored van driver!) for asking them not to park here. "I'm just going to be a minute." "Why don't you just go around." "No one is going to ticket me here." "F*#k off, mind your own business." Don't close this ticket and say "area clear". Fix this lane before another BU student is killed just trying to get around the Boston metro area. The longer you leave this, the more drivers will feel that they have every right to park here. I would like to be able to commute home without worrying whether I'll make it alive. Is avoiding flex posts here for plowing and delivery reasons worth my life?

I have been complaining about this since Tuesday and it's just getting closed every day saying it's resolved yet I take new photos after every closure pricing that the glass is still there

Nissan Rogue SUV light grey Arthur F. Arsenault Sr. drives under the influence of alcohol on a daily basis. I'm concerned he's going to hit a child, since he lives across the street from American Legion Playground & clearly has no regard for children's life. I seen him almost hit a person coming up Glendon Street blow through the stop sign to take a left to park in front of his house. During the week he goes to the 99 to eat everyday n on the weekends he goes to the Erie Pub. Certain Saturdays he goes to NH to buy cartons of cigarettes that he sells n cases of Natural Light cause he's an alcoholic n there's enough cases to build a fort out of boxes in his basement. I know I have seen it my whole life. His disregard for human life after my 36 years I can't continue to watch it it's unacceptable.
  • Pothole Acknowledged
    Rt-28 S Boston, MA, 02114, USA - Central

The left lane of the MGH exit off of Storrow west bound has some immense potholes between the joints of the sections of bridge. Some of them are the width of the lane, they can't be dodged.

The right lane is like driving over a waffle. It's just a mess. It doesn't need pothole repairs, it needs complete re-surfacing.

Pedestrian crossing signals never make sense and are out of sync. No one pays attention to them for this reason and this area becomes very dangerous

This is a bike lane, not a loading zone... it's absurd that this is happening during commuting hours (~8:45 am Monday) but of course it is illegal anytime. Can someone please speak to this liquor store and make sure they are aware that they cannot receive deliveries in the bike lane? The store is "Choice Fine Wines & Spirits"

That’s it! Enough is enough! It has now been over a month and the graffiti STILL hasn’t been removed. Stop being so lazy! There is no need to forward it to different departments. Just grab a can of spray paint in the back of one of the garbage trucks and remove the graffiti! I will repost every day until you get the hint! I will also file a complaint against you with your manager and the mayor
