Left turn green light coming from Alameda Park street on ford street only turns green once (for 2 seconds) while every other light on that intersections turns green 4 times before that left turn. That left turn lane has 100 times more cars coming than any other direction on that intersection, causing congestion throughout the whole Alameda island to where residents can't even leave their own driveway.
When coming from E 12th St going onto the 23rd Ave bridge, there is a really large pothole that's been growing but is now lightly covered with some asphalt (it needs more asphalt), and 2-3 other potholes are after this large one. The road is eroding around the potholes causing some gravel to shoot out by fast cars. Cars also swerve to miss the holes, which is rather risky, too, as they can either hit the guardrail or an on-coming car.
Traffic light for the vehicles turning from 23 Ave to Ford st is not working properly. Drivers from Alameda have to wait prolonged period times to get green light. Traffic was backed up 4 miles into Alameda yesterday 9/18. People could not get off Alameda for 1.5 hours. Please fix it as soon as possible.
