    About 3 months ago, the left turn arrows to turn North or South onto Sproul Rd/320 from Baltimore Pike were changed from sensors to timers. Often, the turn arrows are green and no cars are turning left. This causes fewer cars going straight on Baltimore Pike to be able to get through the light and has resulted in major traffic jams around rush hour in both directions. Please change them back to sensors and not timers! There will still be traffic, but it's never been as bad as it's been over the past 3 or 4 months.
