Older, well abused car left in neighborhood, with both a flat and a missing tire (2). No license plates, no phone number, no contact information left on vehicle.
Have the police run the registration, the City tow and impound it, contact car owner to pick it up.and pay for it.

The house is already falling apart and rotting with brickwork rubbled, gutters broken or missing, roofing patched but not repaired, and soffets rotted, warped and hanging down. The windows are broken with their glass shards left on the ground in full public view and open to neighbors from two streets.

This is not only an eyesore and safety issue to the community, but depressing in market values, community pride, and faith in the City's true commitment, resolution, and authority to regulate in and for the public welfare and good.

Community Development and the Municipal Courts have been shown powerless in a multi-year saga of dealing with the issue.

Who is going to step up to the plate and play ball, or does the City have any?

  • S Shawdee Rd Se Huntsville AL 35803, United States - Huntsville

Please tell us what are the regulations for builder's signage and new homes for sale advertising. This particular builder, and we know there are others, keeps signs out in numerous places 24/7. To simply say we have passed this to the Zoning Commission for their evaluation and then close my report provides no information for us to know if there is a violation or not! If 24/7 signage is not a violation please let us know and we will just continue to deal with the continual eye sore all over South Huntsville..

You folks have plenty to do without having to sift thru reports that are not an issue... Thank you for providing answers ..

  • 5176-5498 Millennium Dr Nw Huntsville, AL, 35806, USA - Huntsville
This vehicle passesd me in the turn out lane at a high rate of speed (probably at least 50mph). Most all of the traffic on this road drives way to fast. The speed limit is posted as 35 but very few drive that speed on this road. Their are senior apartments on one side and nurshing home and rehabilitaion center on the other side in this area. Also when traffic comes up to the intersection of Rideout Rd. and Millennium if they are turning left off of Millennium onto Rideout they almost always go past the stop line which has casued several accidents at this corner.

7709 Foxfire Dr Se Huntsville, AL, 35802, USA - Huntsville
It appears that the water line is leaking. Water is bubbling up between the gutter cracks and is coming up through cracks in the asphalt. There is no water in the yards, only in the street and gutter.
