This trash can is never removed from the street and it’s always running over with trash. It is an I sore to our community each and everyday this is the only trash can left on our street weekly after the weekly trash has been picked up by the Sanitation Department.

  • 690 Falcon Rd Madison, AL, 35758, USA - Huntsville
At 690 Falcon Road there is an area where the public sidewalk is humped up. In the gap where the humped up panels come together one edge of the panel is raised higher than the other edge. Can the city grind this down? Grinding has been done all over the rest of the neighborhood. Thank you so much!

I realize that we're an expanding, growing city; which is great, but the parking situation & the delivery vehicle situation where I work (downtown), is becoming untenable. There needs to be some sort of rules around loading/unloading (people & things). This article sums it up:
  • Balmoral Dr & Eagletree Ln Sw Huntsville, AL, 35801, USA - Huntsville
Please have a traffic engineer look at the intersection of Balmoral and Eagletree. The yield and right of way signage makes no sense now that Eagletree is actually used. Eagletree is the "through" street and yet its signage is "Yield" in both directions. Balmoral is the "dead end" street, yet there is no signage on Balmoral and thus it carries the right of way. This intersection is now marked the opposite of what the natural flow pattern actually is. Today I watched 4 cars on the right of way come to a dead stop because they assumed they needed to stop because they were at the dead end and needed to stop. However, the cars on Eagletree were stopped at the yield sign waiting for the cars with the right of way to move. Please make Balmoral a stop sign, that only makes sense. Eagletree should be unmarked and have the right of way.
    Thank you.

  • Bob Wallace Ave Sw Huntsville, AL, 35805, USA - Huntsville
When traveling west on Bob Wallace Ave., there is a traffic light prior to crossing over Interstate 565. (Bob Wallace Ave. then becomes Sparkman Dr.) I am not an expert, but this traffic light seems unusually short. Only a few cars are able to get through before it changes. Can the green light be lengthened by a few seconds to help the lanes completely clear? Otherwise drivers (like myself) will sit through two lights when there are only 4-6 cars in the lane. If an extremely slow driver/vehicle (loaded 18 wheeler) is in the lead only 2-3 cars get through. Haha Thank you in advance for taking the time to check the traffic light.

Corner of Link and Oakwood where a tree branch at the white house is falling. you cannot see traffic at that stop sign on Link. It is a hazard.
  • Drake Ave Sw & S Memorial Pkwy Huntsville, AL, 35801, USA - Huntsville
This intersection itself has several issues and with it being near the Mall, need attention.
    1. Sidewalks are not ADA compliant.
    2. No markings or controls for people to cross the street. Especially to/from the Mall and Crackerbarrel.
