Notified About

  • St. Johns Square / Main Street Middletown - Middletown
Beyond fixing the Arrigoni Bridge, syncronize the lights between St. Johns Square and Rt. 9. Traffic crossing the intersection after coming off the bridge in Middletown, blocks eastbound commuters who attempt to travel east over the Arrigoini bridge. Traffic is always backed up along Hartford avenue from Rt. 9 ,right into St. Johns Square, blocking the intersection. This then backs up traffic along Main St. Middletown traveling towards the bridge. This is outdated big time !
  • 526-552 W Lake Dr Middletown, CT 06457, USA - Middletown
A police officer can just park in a parking lot and every other car speeds recklessly up and down the road. It is ridiculous to hear the racing all day long. Fix this, please! -Concerned citizen.
  • Chauncy Road Where It Intersects With Sherman Lee Drive - Middletown
Yes the police put the radar sign up and yes they ticketed a few people (not the people causing the problem mind you. The where ticketing at 5pm on 1 evening as hard working people where heading home to their families). Police need to be on Chauncey road beween 9pm to 2am to watch what happens and arrest the people that need arresting. Someone is going to get killed on the road.
  • Farmhill & Russell St. - Middletown
Where Russell st. and Farmhill meet was always tight whan theres a game, but it was made even more narrow and with cars parking half way on the grass. It`s hard turning onto Russell from Farmhill. why make it harder to get through then it was. You drive over the yellow when cars are parked for a game with people useing their horns for you to get out of way. smart
  • Chamberlainhill Rd - Middletown
THIS ROAD IS AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN. iT IS IN VERY POOR CONDITION FROM ONE END TO THE OTHER. GET SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO RUN THE ROAD GRADER TO FIX IT RIGHT. SOMEONE WILL HAVE A VERY BAD ACCIDENT BECAUSE OF THE HOLES AND SOFT SHOULDERS THAT ARE GETTING TO HAVE CAVERENS ALONGSIDE THE ROAD. FIX IT RIGHT ONCE AND FOR ALL!!

100-244 Brown St Middletown, CT 06457, USA - Middletown
Brown Street needs to be widened and repaired! The road is an absolute mess and has been for many years. Unfortunately, now it is even worse after this past winter. There's one part of the road which is so narrow that this past winter 2 cars could not go by at the same time. Measurements show that street is not even of legal width at a certain area. At one time a fire truck was stopped at a house due to an emergency and a car could not get past it. This is a problem! Brown Street is also used as a detour when there is an accident on Rt 17. A few months ago when a transformer blew, the street was filled with cars that could not get by one another. Curbs are destroyed and missing and in desperate need of repair.
  • 1070-1240 Millbrook Rd Middletown, CT 06457, USA - Middletown
  • 495-535 Hunting Hill Ave Middletown, CT 06457, USA - Middletown
After replacing water pipes on hunting hill the road was left in an appalling state. People are forced to walk in the middle of the road to avoid injury, as well as damaging vehicles on a school road. The Company who did the work needs to repave the road entirely and not to patch it unsuccessfully again.
  • 501-699 Kelsey St Middletown, CT 06457, USA - Middletown
This road badly needs to be repaved. Going down the hill toward Maple Shade is terrible, the car bounces all over. There is no reason it should be this bad.
  • Lake St Middletown, CT 06457, USA - Middletown
I live on one of these area roads and I can't tell you how many times I will see people ignore the stop signs and speed through them. There are many children who play in this area. This is also the sight of the school bus route and they make daily stops at this corner. Please put a cruiser here or somehow find a way to enforce the speed limit and STOP signs!
  • 17 Red Glen Rd. Middletown CT 06457 - Middletown
Drivers young and old zoom on this narrow road frequented by walkers & runners. There is a bad curve by the old Weekly Reader building that is insufficiently marked and I've had to swerve to avoid being hit many a time. I have to drive this road to get home. It's worse when Vinal and Mercy are in session. It would be nice if the kids were taught that a stop sign is not a suggestion, BTW.
  • Farm Hill Rd Middletown, CT 06457, USA - Middletown
Farm Hill Road is nothing but a speedway for drivers who routinely break the speed limit. Going 50 or above is the norm on this street where drivers don't bother to slow down when people are walking or working on or near the road. In fact, there have been several accidents due to speeding. Drivers should show respect for the residents of Farm Hill and for the law.
