Someone had pried off the cover. I made a right hand turn from park blvd onto Brighton. Since it was a downhill, I could not see it. The pried off piece flipped into the drivers side wheel well and caused significant damage to my car. I have noticed some work crews working on the park blvd median strip. I would like to report the problem and compensation for the damage to my car.

the curb in front of this property is painted red. Several people in the neighborhood believe the homeowners painted it so no one would park in front of their house. They would like to see it corrected so that we can park there like in front of every other house in the surrounding areas
El Centro and Hanley at path leading to pool/playground -- there is again an encampment where people are defecating in the creek. Right near where kids play at the park and in the creek. Tents and litter are growing. Friends of Sausal Creek spends lots of time and money restoring it. Not to be a toilet!

A homeless encampment has been in Dimond Park, right off of El Centro just before Hanley, just off the path leading to the pool/playground. There is litter and human defacation in this area that is heavily used by kids. This is both a safety issue for the kids, so close to the play structure area of Dimond Park, as well as a health issue with the human waste and litter by the creek where the children play and wade. This area has continuously attracted tents in recent years. Is there a way the city can put big boulders in that small flat space where tents keep cropping up off of that trail to keep more tents from continuously returning there? It seems as soon as tents are removed, new ones simply move in soon after. It seems this problem could be more permanantly addressed in a way that naturally complements the space with several heavy boulders in that space...

Often when you are stopped at a red light at the traffic light at Park Blvd at Hampel Street headed up towards Montclair, the light will turn green and immediately turn red while you are in the middle of the intersection. The oncoming traffic will still have a green light and you are forced to sit in the middle the intersection if you are turning left. It’s dangerous!
