    Suddenly finding lots of plastic bags and stamp bags in this area. People are hanging out in the parking lot all day and night. One seems to be living in the parking lot. Has a hammock tied to the fence. I picked up all the baggies I could find. Thank you for taking the time to look into this.

    Constant loud music day and night. No quality of life. I still can hear the loud music even when I close all the windows and doors. Not only the music coming from the building parking lot but also from passing cars. Repeated calls to the Police Department resulted in no change. There is so much criminal activity happening on Lyman Street but I rarely see Police patrol especially on the weekends. It's getting to the point that I will have to confront the issues myself in order to maintain my sanity.

    I am Anthony Rossner, the owner of 10 Center St. Holyoke. I can be contacted by phone at 1-413-378-8075 before 1100 hours, at any time on Wednesday or Thursday, or at all times by text as needed. Recently the fence on the corner of my property (bordering my neighbor at 12 Center St.) was damaged. According to others who have witnessed the event it was a motor vehicle collision, but I was not present for the event and cannot make further comment as a result. I am aware that the portion of the fence bordering our respective properties is our collective responsibility, but am unaware whether or not the fence bordering the sidewalk is considered by the city to be our property or the city's. If the city considers the fence to be their property it should be looked into, but if it's my own property, I would like to know if there's any restrictions or limitations on what I can do to mend or replace the fence myself.
