Notified About

  • So Dark Open
Pontiac High School Pontiac, MI 48340, USA - Pontiac
It is so dark in this area early in the morning (6:30am), especially on the side of the school. As the children are making their way in you can barely see them just dark shadows walking. I see as a potential hazzard to getting hit by a car or bus. The other risk is a child being harmed or approached if walking across the dark fields, some do take this path. There are to many dark corners and hiding places surrounding the Pontiac High and Pontiac Middle schools. Far as I know there hasn't been an incident with a child being hit by a car, jumped or raped. However, this area is surpose to be the most protected and secure, with that being said Can we get some LIGHTS for our CHILDREN!!!! Fix This!!
  • 711 Melrose St Pontiac, Michigan - Pontiac
The property at 711 Melrose St. in Pontiac, MI has been vacant for over 3 years now. The city did not board up this property when they came around this neighborhood boarding up all the vacant properties in the area. The doors are wide open or missing, and most of the windows are broken out. It has become a neighborhood dumping site and poses a health risk and a potential for rodent infestation to the entire neighborhood. This house needs to be demolished and the property cleaned up. I have contacted the city and nothing has been done to date. Picture was taken today, May 7, 2013. Please, can this issue be taken care of as soon as possible?

Automobiles do not stop and most times don't even slow down at this intersection. Does not matter what time or day. What makes this even more dangerous is that this is right at Herrington elementary School. Police needed to monitor this area.

  • 989 E Walton Blvd Pontiac, MI - Pontiac
    Eye sore, unsafe boarded house.
The yard is over grown and filled
with trash. The gutter is hanging
in the front of the house, a matress
laying in the yard, and the backside of the house is ripped away. This has been like this for about 8 years.
  • 771 Second St Pontiac, Michigan - Pontiac
These people have several motorcycles and they are in their yard and street racing and revving the engne all the time. We go to bed to it and get up to it. Some people have small kids and it is hard for them toseep. They are back and forth in the street all afternoon and night. Very loud. I know you are allowed to ride them in the street etc but have some respect for your neighbor. They seem to like to hear the noise. Who do complain to and is there anyone to complain to?
  • 771 Second Street Pontiac Mi. - Pontiac

  • 1051 Arlene Ave. Pontiac, MI 48340, USA - Pontiac
First of all,I want to make sure I start this on a positive note. Last year, when Pontiac High reopened, that school looked so great. The principal has all the graffiti removed and new landscaping. It became a pleasure to drive by instead of an eyesore. That is why I am sorry to have to report new vandalism. We have been going to the track to workout and have been noticing a progression of vandalism and trash. There is graffiti on the back of the building and now on the side by the tennis courts. Also, on the announcer's box at the football field and on the shot put's platform. The trash cans are overflowing with trash so more trash is accruing all over the field and surrounding areas. I really hope this gets taken care of soon . It would be embarrassing to have a summer scrimmage or something there and have a team come from another community. It would just reinforce the bad image Pontiac has developed with surrounding areas.
  • 2001-2071 E Walton Blvd Auburn Hills, MI 48326, USA - Auburn Hills
Please fix the two giant potholes in the curb area of the driveway into the 7-11 store off of Walton. These are a foot wide each and 6-8 inch deep. These have been here for 3-4 months.
  • 757 Second Pontiac, MI - Pontiac
This house is vacant. Some guys parked a trailr/dumpster there. They come and unload drywall and debri into it. They make a mess and residents have to clean the street. Now the dumpster sits full and noone is moving is. Hear they are doing this at empty homes and leaving them. We are tired of looking at this garbage and dont want it to be there all winter long. It is now sitting on flat tires. They are bringing garbage from someplace else, not working at this house where it is parked. Usually 2 hispanics guys, and sometime a black guy. License plate on trailer is c141183. Mona if you see this can you help get this removed? Needs to be towed away. Neighbors are tired of looking at it. You walk outside or open window or look across street, this is first thing you see.
