She chooses not to take her medication then throws fits and tantrums, cursing at any one and any thing she can. She is obviously in need of help and she is often in distress. Is there anything that can be done to help her?

Hi I'm writing to discuss the total neglect of the property at 103 Saint James Street. It is a total eye sore. I'm a new neighbor and would like to know what can be done to have the owner of this home upkeep the house better.

The yard is never cut, the sidewalks are overgrown with weeds, the roof is in total disrepair with sections missing from roof- the water damage on this house must be crazy.

The green LEFT-TURN arrow should be FIRST in the timing cycle of these traffic lights. When driving southbound on Route 9W, drivers wanting to make the lefthand turn at the fork onto Route 32 should be allowed to make their left turn FIRST. What is currently happening is that traffic on 9W northbound accelerates lethargically, and southbound drivers try to beat the light and make the lefthand turn, directly into oncoming traffic. The traffic light needs to be reset so that the green LEFT-TURN arrow comes first. That would avoid this driver confusion and road rage when drivers cut in front of each other.

55-MPH SPEED LIMITS signs are desparately needed along this section of Kings Highway (Ulster County Route 31). Motorists have no clue that 55 MPH is the legal speed limit on this road. They drive 35-40 MPH and hold up other drivers. Ulster County needs to install these signs immediately. SPEED LIMIT signs are required every mile along every road.

The implementation of new "Thruway Cashless Tolling System" is just around the corner, and this brings many new opportunities for the NYS Thruway to modernize in order to provide better service to NYS residents. Since the old, outdated, long, sprawling interchange ramps will no longer be needed (due to the removal of cash-collection Toll Plazas,) adding more on- and off- ramps where there currently are none, would be a great way to help motorists cut down on travel times, and get to their destinations more efficiently. There are countless locations throughout the Thruway System where residents live directly next to the interstate, yet they are forced to drive 5, 10, even 15 miles out of their way just to access the NYS Thruway! The new "Cashless-Tolling" gantry system eliminates this problem! Now, all that is required is two simple on- and off- ramps at an overpass or underpass, and small overhead gantries to be installed! This would be a much-welcomed upgrade at many locations, and one such place is where US Route 209 passes over the NYS Thruway, just north of Kingston, NY. The design would be very simple: Extend the ramps from Sawkill Road, connect them to the NYS Thruway, and install "Cashless-Tolling" gantries at this location! Then the residents of more rural areas wouldn't have to travel all the way to Exit 19 in order to get onto the Thruway! I think this would be a great idea for the State of New York to do in order to better serve the community's transportation needs for the future!
  • I-87 S Town of Saugerties, NY, 12477, USA - Ulster County
When driving southbound headed towards the Saugerties Exit (Exit 20) of the NYS Thruway, there is a steep grade combined with a sharp right curve. This causes motorists to slow down, thus impeding traffic flow behind them. Many slow drivers and tractor-trailer trucks also illegally remain in the left lane, causing other drivers to weave between lanes and pass on the right. This is a DANGEROUS situation which needs to be addressed and corrected! A KEEP RIGHT EXCEPT TO PASS sign should be placed here and on every bridge overpass pylon, in order to remind drivers NOT to block the passing lane!

Hi, I'm new to the neighborhood and I have literally fallen to the ground twice infront of this home. The sidewalks are completely overgrown and not weeded.

This is EXTREMELY dangerous. Can someone help in contacting the owner of this home so they can upkeep the sidewalks?

There is also a bush infront of the home that pertrudes into the sidewalk area.

Again the home is at 103 Saint James street in Kingston. Thank you!

  • 103 St James St Kingston, NY, 12401, USA - Kingston

This house at 103 Saint James street is constantly parking on the opposite direction of traffic. They drive basically into traffic trying to park their car infront of this house.

Does anyone know the owner of this car at 103 Saint James street?

Hi there is a lot of foot traffic into the side apartment at 103 Saint James at all hours of the evening... We often see people with the cellphone flashlights on trying to find the entrance into the woman's apartment. Often times there are people waiting on the porch strung out or intoxicated being disruptive. Pot is constantly smoked in this home and wafts into the entire neighborhood.

This house is known to house drug dealers by the owner of the home which I understand is Gary Manzi who it a supposed slumb lord of kingson.

Please help to monitor this house and address the issue to the property owner to keep this Uptown Kingston safe and drug free!

This would be a much-welcomed upgrade at many locations, and one such place is where Sheehan Lane passes over the NYS Thruway, just south of Saugerties, NY. The design would be very simple, requring only four straight ramps from Sheehan Lane, connect them to the NYS Thruway, and install "Cashless-Tolling" gantries at this location! Then the residents of more rural areas wouldn't have to travel all the way to Exit 19 or Exit 20 in order to get onto the Thruway!
