I was in the new City Hall Park this afternoon and there were skateboarders using it as a skateboard park. One boarder was skating down the sidewalk, then skidding across the fountain area before flying down the steps. He had already left a deep scrape in the fountain. Come on - this brand new beautiful area is going to be ruined. Plus it's dangerous. There's a skate park on the waterfront. Can you put in some kind of deterrent?
