Pacella Park Dr is not included in the "Cost Benefit Value Analysis: Roadways Sorted By CBV", i think because there's a residential part (extension of Dennis Ave) and a commercial part (past the May Center). The commercial part doesn't need maintenance but the part near Dennis Ave does!
