Sidewalk Issue
, reported at 1748 Sw 13th Pl Boca Raton FL 33486, United States.
This request's status is Archived,
City repaired main water pipe and broke two surrounding sidewalk panels during repair. We've informed both the sidewalk and utilities supervisors, however, it's been over a month and no one has come to repair. These cracks pose a safety concern to pedestrians, cyclists and pets, as one currently comes up by hand. Thank you!

Boca Raton, FL assigned this issue to Streets
There are 2 sidewalk panels.
We will have staff place cones next to any trip hazard until we can schedule the repairs.
Is there an ETA for this repair of the two side wall panels?
Hi City Team, this is going over two months now and no progress. Any status or ETA to fix these two side walk panels?
Hello, we have not received an update on this request and it’s been over three months. This is a shame as this should be a quick and simple fix. Please advise on a team to come to repair these two slabs and close this ticket asap. Thank you!
Any updates? Tired of looking at cones and cracked sidewalks…. This is ridiculous of the Coty.
Is this ever going to be assigned? The cones are still here and the cracked sidewalks? Thank you!!!!
It’s been since October 2023 since this was posted, but no response or update since November. If someone could respond it’s much appreciated. This looks tacky for City of Boca!
Hi Dwayne: we have our fourth cone but still no repair or movement to get this resolved for almost six months now. Can you please provide an update?
Hello, haven’t heard when the City street crew will get these panels fixed and pick up the four cones. We look like Bob’s barricade here!
Hello, I have spoken with the Street Department and left numerous voice messages with the Street Supervisor to have no response or courtesy on updating me when these sidewalk panels will be repaired. It should take less than a day to repair and use quick drying cement and pick up the four cones! This is open since October 2023! Very unprofessional and discouraging action from City employees.
