I was informed that the Cambridge Public Schools are running the HVAC systems: Please see below update from Jim Maloney, Chief Operating Officer for Cambridge Public Schools: Cambridge Public Schools strives to be a good neighbor, and I wanted to share an update with you. As you may know, one key area of pandemic preparedness is ensuring appropriate ventilation. As we prepare to make our buildings safe and ready to welcome back a portion of students in September, we will need to "flush" the ventilation systems, which have been dormant for many months. I hope that it is helpful to you to understand the child safety reasons for running these systems continuously. Please let me know if you have any questions. I appreciate your patience and understanding.

Thanks for the clarification -- I'm glad it's for that purpose; but it certainly sounds like something is resonating (as in, vibrations it shouldn't have) so hopefully they'll check *that* too.
