Back in September 2019, a report was made concerning an unsafe, illegal sidewalk outside the Union Square Building Downtown. The report "closed" with the following "resolution": As per 311 - #190831-000165 an inspector assigned to visit site and report - Edgesoft racking #2019030519CSR Following up to answer the following, lingering questions: What did the inspector report? What is being done based on the inspector's report?

    Thank you for requesting this resolution and explanation of how the issue was allegedly resolved. I have been told multiple times on multiple issues that things have been resolved, and they haven't been resolved. Quite candidly, I don't trust the City to tell the truth on these things.

    Given that the last report was "resolved" without, obviously, actually being "resolved," the appropriate thing is to reopen this and have y'all at the city leave it open until it is actually "resolved" and then report back to us, here, on what has been done. Rather than leaving us with the responsibility of following up on this and many other reports we have filed which have been marked "resolved" without being actually "resolved".
