Someone put up a brick wall blocking the sidewalk to the Wal-Mart. That wall didn't used to be there before. A good samaritan smashed a hole through it a while ago, but someone filled it in with more bricks. this is our access to shopping, please have the wall removed or at the least replaced with a yellow or teal bollard.
