I have no clue. Someone needs to step up ASAP Or should we just wait for someone to have to wait for critical care as they are redirected to hospital? Time to just fix the issue permanently

No this is city issue, like graffiti clean up. Chalk it up to lack of management. People that run this city… run it into the ground. Dept head for this cleanup should be fired! Heck, I could have taken my portable pump from harbor freight and been done by now.
