Is there some way to report the graffiti via email? I would be great to not have to sit on the phone to read the issue as it is already reported.
I think SFMTA closed it out saying that I needed to call 311. (415) 701-2311 for me who is outside of the area.
As an experiment I called this one in. It took 7:10 minutes, 6mins of that was with an agent. I had a hard time finding the additional value to my calling considering all the information was already contained in the original report.
Final resolution: SR-271415 and about a 15 day wait.
