Thanks for reporting! This area is owned by California Northern Railroad. The Grounds Maintenance employee who is responsible for picking up illegal dumping in Vallejo will go out and investigate the area to see how much we can pick up without infringing on their property. For the safety of our staff, if the panhandler is still present we will work with the Police Community Services Section to get him to move before we will pick up any trash. We will also report this to the railroad company. Thanks again for using SeeClickFix!

This fellow is out there almost every day, waving at cars and seeking $$. He's at a very highly trafficked intersection and very visible.
