I'm trying to find out how I can get the address for the exact location for the halfway house near Ney avenue and Astor. the beer cans that started showing up in the yard and up and down the street was bad enough but then when they start going into people's yards to harvest fruit there's concern from escalation now I've had stuff stolen off my porch and panhandlers coming and knocking on my door. is there some sort of a manager for this type of residence and how can I contact them. or do I need to go straight to the city it seems like somebody should be trying to help and guide them rather than give them a place to squat where they're only existence is walking to the liquor store and back. clearly the problem is the supervision or management
