At the southeast corner of the intersection, the overgrown tree has made the stop sign virtually invisible.

So, how much worse does this have to get before PWD does something about it? Do we need a fatal crash caused by somebody running the stop sign?

Miraculously, somebody actually cut this back and the sign is actually visible. It shouldn't have taken a month, though.
