This business is in frequent non-compliance with city codes. For the umpteenth time he has parked one of his vehicles on someone else's property. He always uses empty lots, abandoned houses, church's parking lots. Now he has a trailer parked in his neighbor's driveway. The neighbor's house is abandoned, but the driveway does not belong to Palm Harbor Palms.
