Construction not visible and no signs placed anywhere. There is only one lane that's used to enter or exit that's Pacific Street. The second house when entering hit in Arbor Lane on the right-hand side normally parks about four cars in front of their driveway. This is a hazard someone will get into an accident and I personally myself when exiting earlier this afternoon, was almost hit by a small pick up truck. It would be greatly appreciated by the residents of this neighborhood and shut off or is that someone within the next 48 hours play some sort of sign it says it there's construction in two parts of this neighborhood.
