this has now been reported by three different watchers - it is the same homeless hoarder with 6-7 carts who has moved off 3000 San Pablo and now relocated to west of San Pablo - it seems he is moving between Filbert, Myrtle & 28th & 30th. Please DPW take away most of the trash before it is strewn all over the neighborhood. And to the churches who are getting money to work with these unfortunate souls, assign a group of people to work with this man
