Yes,left by the woman leaving in the encampment by the church as she usually does steal the recycling cart to transport all kinds of stuff and when she pleases she will dumped on the streets leaving a trail of debris and used clothing that she collects from the greeen box of donations by the liquor store in the corner of Sonoma and lemon.

Thank you for reporting! Public Works has one full-time Maintenance worker whose sole job is to respond to illegal dumping reports throughout the City. This person usually makes 2 or more trips to the dump everyday, with each load weighing in around 1,200 pounds. We strive to respond to all reports in a timely fashion. If you see someone dumping illegally please report the incident to the Vallejo Police Department.
