ADA surface at the southern oaks playground has two.places that look flat, but actually concealing large holes. When you step on the surface, it sinks down.i saw several kids trip there. One hole to the right of the climbing wall and the other hole to the right of the alphabet hole. You won't see a hole until you step in it.
