This Green Street area cross from Capt. Oakley Square has a crushed/broken fence at the south side of the perimeter. Owners have been letting their dogs off leash in the area and tonight an off leash dog tried to attack my dog as we walked by. The wire fence needs to be repaired to keep dogs, off-leash and on, out of the space. Please facilitate the repair. Tonight I pulled the fence up as much as I could to deter entrance until the parks dept could respond to SR # 1-1-1081865891. Thank You.

A service request about this Greenstreet site could not be logged directly by me through 311 online today.
This space and Captain Oakley Junior Square are not identified in NYCMAP (interactive). See attached screenshot. The 311 Service Requests system for Parks/Greenstreets use the information in the interactive map directly to enter a location. Other Greenstreets location are showing on the map.
Is there a way CB14 can request these two Greenstreet areas identified on the map so SRs can be filed directly? I think this will go along way to improving the conditions of these areas. Thank you.
