once the water park opens will the city do a better job of keeping the area around the water park clean? maybe empty the trash cans several times a day and pick up the litter left behind. repair the grass damaged by the hundreds of people trampling it. Also can the police come by several times day on the weekends to monitor the alcohol usage. the area residents pay cfd fees and can't even enjoy the park.
