Description

I am submitting my annual code violation report in regards to 3208 Cates Ave NE, Brookhaven, GA 30319 (owner: Amy James, 1309 Ragley Hall Rd NE)
Items in violation:
1) Weeds are 3-5ft high
2) Materials have been dumped on empty lot
Please request that they also focus maintaining the back side of the lot (Antioch Dr NE)

I have reported this same issue consistently for the past 8 years. The issue needs to be rectified permanently.
