This is actually more of another ROSA violation at this point. He's months beyond the 30 day rule- he should have been impounded ages ago.

This guy is using his new visitor's pass to avoid having to register his car to DC. Hasn't moved in two weeks. Also, we checked that ticket listed above and it wasn't for this vehicle, badge 283.

Not sure why I (or anyone else for that matter) bother to report anything here considering no action is ever taken, but this car is still here. The lack of enforcement is well known to folks who live outside of the district and encourages them to continue to violate the rules.

6 weeks and it's still here. Why should we residents even bother paying for our permits when people are getting away with this stuff?
