Look in the mirror, people. Your expectations are unrealistic. You want change, go do something and stop whining.

The people of Troy seem to behave as if it were a socialist country, depending on a part-time city council with no real authority to accomplish anything, in order to fulfill their demands. Standing up at council meetings each month making absolute fools of yourselves. You'd be better off sitting on Santa's lap with some of your requests.

Government hasn't accomplished anything in 150 years other than infighting and political retribution in this city, just ask anyone that tried to make a difference and recieved payback for it when the political landscapes changed.
