cvresident I have contacted Chula Vista Police 5 minutes to 9:00PM so they can get out there and catch the people who are committing this issue. Hopefully they can catch these people so hopefully that they will check out the area and get it all fixed up for you. I'm going to go ahead and close out the issue since police have already been contacted by phone.
