Hi Dario, call (520) 791-3154 {City of Tucson Streets and Traffic Maintenance Department} to report this. Don't bother using seeclickfix to report issues...this website is inefficient and much of the time is just ignored. However, since you did use this website to report last month (and the City still does recognize this website) and then you sustained damage to your bike, go ahead and file a claim with the City for compensation for the damage. Maybe the more claims we file, the more the City will start paying attention and doing their job:
A City of Tucson claim form with instruction sheet is available by fax, email or mail.
Please call Risk Management at 520-791-4728 to request your form and get more details. All Claim Forms must be hand-delivered to City of Tucson, City Clerk’s Office, 255 W. Alameda, 9th Floor, Tucson or mailed to City of Tucson, City Clerk’s Office, PO Box 27210, Tucson, Arizona 85726-7210. No claim forms can be emailed or faxed.
Thanks for using See Click Fix Tucson. We are preparing to relaunch a new and improved version of this tool that will allow us to respond to more issues and integrate this customer service system with other departmental tools that help us take care of what you are reporting.
To make that happen we are closing out all issues that are over a year old. If the issue we are closing out was never fixed, or if it has recurred since you reported it and it was fixed, please report it and we will have it in the new system.
We will be back in touch soon with an update on the upcoming changes to SeeClickFix Tucson.
Thanks for making our community a better and safer place!
