My neighbor across the street has installed dual flood lights on their front porch. This morning starting at 6:30 have been on continuously. Normally they seem to be on a motion detector but I wake up to them shinning into my bedroom window at all times of night. Right now it's still dark and my living room is lit up by their lights.
