Remember a couple months ago a private property on Speedway and Dodge had a lot of graffiti that was on the news and the city I thought could fine property owners if they did not remove it. I'll keep checking because it is in plain view of Swan and is a very active gang territory claim. I might have to call the news stations.

It might take a little longer to get cleaned up because it is on private property (the City has to get permission to remove first before removing), but it will get cleaned up guaranteed.
